Ok guys Im going to be in the area of Shin Sen Gumi Saturday and I was wondering if you guys wanted to get some dinner. Also if you guys are game we could hit up the drive-in on Van Buren on the way home the Book of Eli and Wolfman are playing.

yeah but its made in at a restaurant where thats all they make. Its more traditional then the stuff you get at the grocery store.

Lol I could say the same thing about pizza or the hat. This ramen doesn't have a salt and water base its a pork broath its not really salty at all but like you said its probably not something you want to eat every day haha

Umm you can order tofu there but the broth is pork based.

either way this ramen is delicious. i tried to make some a couple days after we went, and failed.. lol its was almost good. Mmmm i can taste it already. Laughing
