New to this forum.

Wussup Alpha Squad! My name is Phil and live out in Glendale AZ. I am new to the Scion Scene but have been active in the import scene, mostly Honda, dating back to the summer of 1996 with a background in drag (1/4 mile) racing. I've had a chance to meet Chris (ChrispyXb) at a toy drive/car show at Larry Miller Toyota/Scion last Saturday. We've been in touch for a couple of weeks now. From what I've seen both in person and on here browsing around a couple of times, I'm impressed with the drama free and for fun atmosphere that Alpha Squad projects. I have a 2009 Scion tC and have plans to venture into time attack or some sort of circuit racing. I have no experience in time attack but would love to expand on my driving experience. I want my car to look good of course but don't know how much show I'd actually put into the car since the planned build for the will be more go. I would like to be a part of Alpha Squad and represent along side the AZ chapter members. Sorry so lengthy. I'm just very passionate about cars and anything that can burn fuel and rubber. My automotive background goes from tire tech, shop GM, and even did Car Audio/Video, and Security install for a bit. Thanks for your time. Much props to Alpha Squad for a tight knit family and sick rides.

Thank you. I hope so. I see there might be a meet here in AZ. When is this supposed to happen? I'd love to come out to Cali too. My wife is originally from San Diego (National City). So we'd love to be near the water again.

I was up late installing my headers last night and also ended doing a late last minute tune up for a friend. I can't wait for the opportunity to meet everyone.

To Kirby: yes I am Filipino. I am Phil the Filipino/Bumbay. For those who don't know bumbay means I'm also part asian Indian. Yes from India. Punjabi actually. So I look forward to probably being the first Punjabi in the crew. LOL

Kirby: From what I know, my family is one of the original Flipjabi"s. I'm 2nd gen and my son is the only one in his generation to carry on the name Singh from the Dhaliwal family.

No worries. Click on the picture with the floppy disk icon---> browse picture file (dont click on the url option)--->select picture and open--->Host it button---> copy the middle of the three shortcuts(it should have [url] in the front)---> past on here.
