Aight check it. I got rid of the xB like 3 weeks ago and finally after a few weeks of not having a car, I finally got it. Picked up my cousin's wife's sister's 1998 (I thought 1999) Acura GSR aka DC2 for 3 grand. Long story short this is what I have currently and what's to come. No worries, this is not going to be a mess like the xB turned into in the end.

Now:
Megan Racing Coilovers (this weekend)
8k hids
sunroof deflector
broadway mirror
LED license plate lights

In a few days:
type R front lip
Alpine back in
New Momo hub
Personal wheel back in
NRG quick release back in
window visors
roof wing
shift knob (hopefully Password JDM)
steam wash under the hood

few weeks:
replace every single bolt/nut under the hood!!!!!!
Find out what's at Skunk 2 unsale

Long run:
XXR 522 flat black
repaint hood
redo headlights

I think between now and March the car will be done. LOL.

aint gonna be too much man, just presentable is what I'm looking for. Exterior needs a good wash and wax though. Rollin on the blades for a good minute though

real wheels really dont matter that much... though they are cool. If the car looks legit then its legit. IMO

well Im keepin it real w/ an OG sponsor Ive had since 2005. I really dont turn my back on things like that to stay trendy. So far all 5 builds Ive done have been pretty successful so I'm hoping this becomes 6. Nothing will really beat what I've done with the Scion. LOL.

Im just waiting for some money to come my way to have some "cool kid wheels". Until then, I have Costco, Edison, Gas Co, Water, and other shit to pay for before I get some cool kid wheels.

thanks man. Nah no comp w/ Dino at all. Im taking my sweet ass time with this since well I have no funds to build it with. HAHAHAHA. Just gonna roll with it and have fun with a car for once. LOL.

Nice, man. I love, love, love those. I tried to talk my son into one, but he wouldn't go for it. He's dumb like that. Have had a couple TL's in the past & man I loved em. Traded the last one ('03) in for the xB & though I love the box, I regretted that decision almost instantly. Oh well, I'll get another one...maybe sooner than later! Like Pas' said, high-dollar (real) wheels don't matter much these days. Most people can't tell "real" from the rest anyway. Look at Louis' (azturbo) boxes. Some of the coolest rides out there...innovative, highly but discreetly mod'd, high-dollar wheels, but most people walked by them 'cause he wasn't big on LEDs, TVs, or air. Those were two of my favorite boxes. At least others benefited from his part-outs (including me, heh). At any rate, I like the blades, but the 522's will look legit.
