| So i want to paint my tail lights, the only problem is that i dont want to open them up cuz i dont trust myself and im scared of someone else messing them up. So i want to paint them from the outside keeping in mind that i will leave the red light clear of paint for legal reasons i guess. what do you guys think? | |

| i think overlays would be too hard to put on the tail lights cuz of those dimples or whatever they have. | |

| you just have to mix the right amount of soap and water..and spray the lights..the squeegee it out after you put the overlay on...then blow dry it.

i totaly agree, the 2nd gen taillights have a bunch of dimples and non smooth edges, compare to the first gen or tc's. | |
