| hello all, i have eibach sportlines on my Tc. 2" all arround. the rear on my tc isnt a low as it was when i had the s-techs i have a bit of a gap with the eibachs kinda wierd cause the are both 2" on the back i installed them but did not cut the rear bump stop might that be the problem? as i remember from the s-techs they use the other half of the front bump stop on the rear. <-- this was done b4 i boght my tc since when i first took apart the stock suspension the front bump stop was already cut and the other half was in the back. i found this out when i took apart a never messed with stock suspension. help would be greatly apriciated B4 i take my suspension apart again since its very time consuming when im doing it myself. | |

| S-techs have been known to sag. It mightve not looked like it when you first put them on but over time they probably sagged another half inch or so. Btw, i never cut my bump stops when i installed my stechs and it still sagged a bunch. Im assuming these eibachs you put in are new.....give them a couple hundred miles or so to wear in and see what happens. | |

| i considered that, but the s-techs where brand new when i installed them and ran them for about a month, the eibachs where used wen i got them. i only cut the front bump stop the rear are intact lol | |

| Only other thing that I can think of is eibaach just uses a stiffer rate spring on their kits. Bump stops have nothing to do with how low your car is....they're just there to prevent the shock from fully compressing and blowing said shock out. That's why you have to cut them to make up for how much lower the springs are...but if your already bottoming out, you probably have bigger problems than not being low enough haha. But like I said, I had my stechs for +60k miles and I never cut my bump stops.

| i dont think that the bump styop would be the problem, and you wont find springs that go lower than 2inch that i know off, the next step would be coilovers. there is always going to be a gap in the back with springs because the back is normally high to begin with. | |

| Hahahahaha not true....if he wants more low again, he should go back to saggy stechs....trust they're lower than 2 inches. When I rolled on stechs, I only had 1 finger gap between the tire and fender...and I was on stock wheels with stock tire size.

| but how is the ride? i have a civic that sags from the back, no finger gap what so ever on 17 inch wheels, and it rides horrible and tears tire quick. I dont mind i guess since i really havent change it even thou i talk about fixing the suspension. ha ha ha | |

| It actually rode pretty nice. It handled a lot better than stock and the ride wasn't as choppy as I thought it was going to be when I first installed them. Now, I didn't keep the stock shocks when I slapped the stechs on. I upgraded to tokico so that might have contributed to the overall ride in the end but idk. | |

| Find yourself a set of sprint springs. The homie kris tC had them on his tC and they were the lowest springs I have seen for a tC. | |

it got taken when Chris Repo lost his ride. hit up Ivan with the silver tC. Christian says that he wants to go coilovers so he wont need his Sprints anymore. | |
