just a question...
since the forum part is obviously free and working, why exactly are we looking into spending money to restart the "website" portion ?
from what i remember we were paying for a name, a link so that people outside of the club could easily access our forums BUT how much outside traffic do we really ever get?!?
everything posted on here seems to be by members, probies or current friends of the club...all of which know how to access the forums w/out going to to teamalphasquad.org
The only other things i remember about the teamalphasquad.org direct link was a VERY OUTDATED picture, a calendar that was NEVER updated and....umm yeah thats about it!
So, again...why arent we just sticking to the free forum?! lol juuuuust asking!

I think a certain professionalism comes with owning the domain name. We look more established with the title... Teamalphasquad.org then teamalphasquad.Randomexcessivelettering.com you know lol. It also looks good on paper as club when you tell somebody visit us at TeamAlphaSquad.org. I mean its up to you guys what do you think?

I kinda agree with Blanca. We have nobody to keep this up and it just makes us look more unprofessional. We had car of the month, but never actually put one in there even something like updating the events is gonna take someones time. and last i checked we just didn't have anybody.

I think anyone one of us could easily do this can't be that hard and are calendar is pretty solid shows and meets. IF we rotated it every month along withe the car of the month so everybody gets a spot and shares responsibility of the site. We got plenty of able-body members and it isn't like it will take that long. Either way, it may be time for AS to step up to the bar and raise it in order to pick up some more big sponsors and support for shows. If we build it they will come... as it they always have.
