using a bokken. practicing kendo, aikido, like overhead slashes draw slashes, i did so for about 30 mins yesterday straight and im so sore lol, found my new exercise routine. haha

for those who dont know, a bokken is a wooden sword, in the shape of a katana. they can be purchased online the easiest and are normally no more than 15$
im kinda into martial arts, but dont do any formaly becuase of some of the weird procedures you have to follow haha, so i just train/excercise at home. i like kendo's one hit kill style, but also aikido's ability to last in a drawn out fight, and the fact it has a style for basically any weapon or unarmed.

swinging a sword over your head, keeping your body straight, and stopping it before it passes your waist or knee level is alot harder than it looks haha

lol, a gun works too, but if i dont exercise i get bored haha, and guns are expensive kinda

The last handgun I bought here in AZ I walked out with the same day. 5 minute phone call & all was well. Only thing I miss about CA is the Ocean & the MX tracks...//TJ

a lot of them are getting closed because all of the ppl bitching that they moved next to a MX track. Star West is scheduled to shut down.
