Wheel Choices

What up everybody. So I wanted to pull a Chris and ask around what people think about new wheel choices. I finally sold my TEnzo's after posting them for 1 day on Craigslist and have sold other stuff to where getting new wheels might be a reality soon. Here are the 2 sets I'm thinking of.

Choice #1 would be to rebuild a bbs rs set to 15x8 +25 fronts and 15x9 +12-15. Here's what they might look like except these are 16's.


Choice #2 would be a set or Work Leadsleds in 17x7.5 +30. Here's what they look like on the RS Green xb.


A cheaper alternative was going to be the Axis OG San in 15x8 +25, probably graphite color. Those are just 600-700 while the BBS would run me about 1400 once finished after powdercoating, new lips, new bolts, redrill and the leadsleds are about 1600.

i think in order to fully pull off the look for the bbs and leadsleds you need to be ultra umped either on coilovers or air. i've always loved the leadsleds but have taken a liking to the bbs rs lately. i would probably go with those but it would be a really hard choice for me. leadsleds are more rare.

I'm currently looking at some coilovers. Kinda leaning towards the BBS but that's why I posted up to get some input.

I like both Ledsleds and RS's equally. Probably end up going ledsleds cause not many have them.

I saw the ledsleds up close and personal this weekend. I was speechless...I love them.

I say a Toss Up w/ the BBS & LeadLeds!

Dang..Hard call...I think if it was me..I'd go with the BBS...Just cuz its more my style...but the Sleds are soo freakin sick...

Looks like the LeadSleds are sold already. Hopefully I will make up my mind as to which BBS I'm getting. Still debating between 15's and 16's.

Thanks, I'm actually looking for 15's or 16's. Plus, not sure how these will fit from the fronts, 17x8 +9 seems like it might be a bit much.

UPDATE, I am going to check out some bbs tonight, if I do buy, I will post up pics.

dude, I got a set of SSR's my cousin is selling for 800, BUT 4x114. Boooo!

I ran into that a few times. That's why I like the bbs because they are redrillable. But the set I'm looking at is already 4x100, powdercoated black centers, and comes with yokohama 1955015 tires. All I will need will be bigger lips to make them 15x8 and 15x9.

Update: (Warning-I will get pics up asap, just thought I would post it up to let you guys know)Bought the set of BBS RM's. Here are the specs: 15x6.5, 4x100, +35 offset. Yokohama 195-50-15 Tires, Black/Graphite powdercoated centers.

hopefully what they will look like with new lips. I think I'm going to end up doing 15x8 +14 fronts and 15x8.5 +8 rears. I wanted to do 15x9 but I'm afraid the offset might go too low.[img][/img]
