i need a new AS decal now

some dumb f***er Sideswiped me on the freeway tpday as i was driving home from work.. Stupid fooo tried to run as we were exiting the freeway.. So i jumpd back on and chased his ass and call the Cops on his ass he saw me on thye phone and chasing him so he finally got out.. This moo foo was all eeffin drunk he was stagering over my car and his breath smelled like alcahol... Like always cops showed up late i got his info but he left b4 the cops showed up.. Well I called the Both mine and His insurance so hopefully it gets fixed.. It Aint so bad but the thing that pissed me off is this foo tried to run, he peealed off my decal and foo was like " ahh it aint nothing but a baby dent how much you want $20.00, $50.00" then he was wiping his paint off my car.. i just told em to get the fukk out and leave..What a day Heres the pics aint bad but still pisses me off stupid Mooo Fooo

make sure you claim the bumper too. make that bitch pay. Just tell the insurance that you got pushed into something or you veered to avoid him and hit something and thats how you explain it being in the front of the car.

Be careful with saying you veered to avoid him, must insurance companies wont pay for that. They will say we arent gonna pay for an accident that was caused by avoiding an accident. I had that happen to me. I was driving and this old guy tried to get in my lane, and I had to jump the side walk at 40 MPH, I called my insurance to get the damage paid for and thats what they told me.

well he doesnt have to say that he veered, I would go with "once hit hit my car it pushed me off the road to where my front bumper hit the rail" or something like that since you do have proof that he hit you from the side.
