I thought I was starting to somewhat build leg muscle, I was wrong. LOL. Tonight I got together with some friends and hit the Fontana Skate Park for Roll Night. My legs still have no "umfff" to it what so ever. I did some okay lines on grinds, but still no jumping ability. Im so sore right now. This park is pretty G too. Better than any other park I've ever skated. Ledges galore with and very wide open to move around. Although it costs $7 to get in, but its good for 30 days anytime. So it looks like we are gonna do this every Wed for awhile or until I cant keep up.
The short amount of time I skated tonight is far worse than the 30+ mile bike rides I've done.
